With Theranow Virtual Therapy, patients can receive personalized therapy support from licensed providers without needing every interaction to take place in person. The platform allows care teams to assign exercises, monitor adherence, review patient outcomes, and provide timely guidance based on each patient’s therapy goals and recovery needs.
Theranow Virtual Therapy also supports remote therapeutic monitoring. With the patient’s permission, the app may access step count and sleep data through Health Connect. This information helps therapy providers better understand a patient’s daily activity, mobility progress, rest patterns, recovery trends, and compliance with the prescribed therapy plan. Step count data may help providers evaluate activity levels and functional progress, while sleep data may help care teams assess recovery, fatigue, and overall therapy response.
Health Connect data is used only for patient care, therapy progress tracking, compliance monitoring, and remote therapeutic monitoring within Theranow Virtual Therapy. We do not sell Health Connect data, and we do not share step count or sleep data with third parties for advertising, marketing, or unrelated purposes. Patients can choose whether to allow Health Connect access and may change or revoke these permissions at any time through their device settings.
