DV Photo

Take, check and save a 600×600 DV lottery photo offline. No account needed.

Prepare your Diversity Visa lottery photo on your own phone, without an account or internet.

Follow the camera guide, take a photo and review the available automatic checks. A percentage, when available, describes these checks, not acceptance probability. Continue to prepare the file, then save directly to Photos or open the system share sheet with one tap. The front camera captures an unmirrored photo; the rear camera is recommended.

Already have a photo? Import JPEG, PNG or device-supported HEIC. Review the centered square and the same automatic guidance, then continue to prepare the file. No head or eye markers are needed. The original stays unchanged, including when a smaller temporary copy is used to process a high-resolution photo.

Your prepared file is a verified 600 × 600 JPEG, converted to sRGB, at most 240,000 bytes. Application and processing-identity metadata are removed. Original camera and location metadata may remain when present. No beauty filters, face retouching or generated backgrounds.

Optional on-device face checks can flag face direction, closed eyes or a smile. They are guidance, may be wrong and cannot verify every rule. Check lighting, background, hair, glasses and photo recency yourself. Advanced file details are available when you need them.

The app follows your device language, with a manual choice in settings. Photo tools work offline. Automatic checks, impact reporting and local photo-age reminders have separate choices; declining optional permissions does not block photo preparation. Your photos and face results are never uploaded by the app.

DV Photo is independent and is not affiliated with the U.S. government. File checks and measurements do not guarantee photo acceptance or a visa. Always review the current official application instructions.
