App Description
Construction QC and snagging, commissioning, handover and FM in one app.
videntium is one mobile app for construction quality control, snagging, commissioning, handover and facility operations. It connects field teams, engineers, supervisors, consultants, owners and facility teams in one project context.
Built around QC and snagging first, videntium helps teams inspect work, capture evidence, raise defects, manage NCRs, track snags and punch items, review closure, and keep the approval history traceable. The same mobile app can then continue into commissioning, handover readiness and live facility operations.
What you can do with videntium:
- Run construction QC checklists, ITP inspections and evidence-based reviews
- Create, assign, update and close snags, punch items, NCRs and issues
- Capture photos, files, notes, readings and signatures, where configured, as field evidence
- Execute commissioning checks, test scripts and witness/sign-off workflows
- Support handover with asset readiness, document completeness and closure status
- Manage facility operations with work orders, inspections and preventive maintenance
- Use asset and location context across the whole building lifecycle
- Continue selected field work offline and synchronize when connection returns
- Follow configurable review, revision, approval and closure workflows
- Keep activity traceable with role-based access, scope control and audit history
One app, many modules:
- QC and construction inspections
- Snagging, punch list and NCR management
- Testing and commissioning
- BAT / handover readiness
- FM / CMMS operations and maintenance
- Documents, evidence, tasks, notifications and reporting
videntium is designed for business and enterprise projects. Access is controlled by your organization, project, module, role and scope. Available modules and features may vary depending on the client contract and project configuration.
