A complete tool for working on the radio network GSM, UMTS, LTE. You can analyze radio network data. You can do drive-test coverage, test speed.
But you can also collect and analyze the radio parameters of all your clients.

Just ask to install the app (Cell Client), press the button, and send the log file to you.

Cell Client - it's a client version.
Cell Manager - it's for engineering personal on operator side.

Generate a high-quality engineering table of network parameters, and you will be able to visualize all the radio parameters of the network.
Its a Net Monitor (field test) tool for cellular network investigation with cells visualisation on map. You can see all your or your clients radio network data and check serving cells.

But you have to create cell file first. Need to collect all your engineering data and network data. Connect BS name, cell name with geo coordinates, azimuths, cell id, LAC, and name of technologies. Technologies must be 3 types only: GSM, UMTS, LTE. Excel must be have 8 or 10 columns:
-BS name – any text
-Cell name – any text
-Latitude – format is 55.334455 (through point)
-Longitude - format is 55.334455 (through point)
-Azimuth – integer, like 120
-Cell id – numbers 55442, for LTE is bs id + local cell id, 55441 (5544 + 1)
-LAC – location area code, for LTE is TAC
-Tech – text in large letters and only 3 types: GSM, UMTS, LTE. DCS, WCDMA, and other not accepted
- Frequency – text or numbers, for GSM is BCCH, for UMTS or LTE is Arfcn currier (for neibours, isn't important)
- BSIC for GSM, or Scrambling code for UMTS, or PCI for LTE (for neibours, isn't important)
Second step – save your excel like text (Tab delimited), with txt format, like a cells.txt. Export your file to your device to folder name of "Download". All log files are saved to the Download folder. Starting application and accept all permissions and you are happy!
