Sedentary reminder, drinking water reminder, brightness vibration setting, do not disturb, etc.

With your permission, the app uses the following for specific features only:
● Location: track routes and distance during workouts (used only when a workout or related feature is active; can be turned off).
● Bluetooth: connect with watch/headset for data sync and notifications.
● Contacts/Calls/SMS: show caller ID and SMS/OTP alerts on the watch (display only; no editing or uploading of contacts/SMS content).
● Notifications: mirror phone notifications to the watch or send in-app alerts.
● Ignore battery optimizations/Background run: keep device connection and workout recording uninterrupted (opt-in).
● Physical Activity: step counting and activity type detection (walking/running/cycling).
All permissions are optional and used only when the related feature is enabled. You can revoke them anytime.
