The Meu Protheus app is a solution natively integrated with the Protheus ERP, which simplifies and speeds up the routine of managers through approvals and notifications of operational events that occur in the ERP.

Approvals

Through the application it is possible to carry out the following approvals:

- Measurement of Contract, Request and Purchase Order

The application enables the evaluation/approval of purchases and contract measurements from multiple branches, according to the existing configurations in the control of jurisdictions. To use the application in this context, there is no need for any additional configuration in the control of jurisdictions, the user simply needs to be an approver and, when accessing the application, their pending approvals will be displayed in the application.

- Accountability (expense control)

It is also possible, through the app, to approve/disapprove financial statements, a process integrated with travel control in the Financial module of the TOTVS Backoffice ERP (Protheus Line).

Events

Meu Protheus can help visualize the processing progress of some routines and processes that occur within the ERP TOTVS Backoffice Protheus Line through notifications (Push notifications).

- End of recalculation of the average cost;
