Totalplayers Recognize is Totalplay's internal app designed to foster a culture of genuine recognition among employees. Through this platform, each Totalplayer can share their achievements in different categories such as work, professional, personal, and values ​​& behaviors, celebrating them alongside the Totalplay community.

The app makes it possible to highlight both personal and professional efforts, progress, and contributions, reinforcing the sense of belonging, motivation, and connection between teams. Each recognition can be awarded by colleagues or by the company, generating an environment of gratitude and pride.

How does it work?

Share your achievements and highlights directly from the app.

Each action performed within a category earns recognition and a score.

There are four main categories:

Work (performance, promotions, innovation, seniority)

Professional (degrees, certifications, presentations)

Personal (athletic, artistic, or volunteer achievements)

Values ​​and behaviors (teamwork, passion for customers, continuous improvement, etc.)

Every time you perform a recognized action within a category, your progress will be marked in color, accumulating points that position you in an internal ranking. When you reach the podium, you can earn coins that can be exchanged for prizes in the Totalplay store.
