App Description
Free and Easy-To-Use Real-Time family tracker app
It is one of the easiest to use tracker app since you can enable tracking with just 3 taps.
DISCLAIMER
The app is not a remote monitoring app and cannot be used to spy on anyone because
✔ The app displays notification whenever the app runs in background
✔ The app doesn't save anything in SD card or any public storage so that no one or no other app can access anything from the app.
✔ The app doesn't share location data to others until user approves/allows location requests from family members. There is no auto-approval. The app displays notification in the notification bar when such a request is received or when location is read.
How to Get Started with the Family Tracker application:
1. You have to just enter your contact number, email ID and PIN and register
2. Allow location and contact permission
3. You can now track your family members by adding them to the track list and specify the duration for which you want to track them.
4. A message is sent to the member requesting them to approve (or deny) the tracking request. If they approve then location is shared in real time.
5. You can see the location of the family member in the Google Map fragment within the app with real time updates.
For a peaceful mind:
▪ You don’t need worry about your family members' safety any more.
▪ You can track when your child is on their way to school or when they are on their way home.
▪ If your parents are not tech savvy, then they can just enable this app and you can check their exact location and pick them up instead of asking for the exact address.
GOOGLE DEVELOPER POLICY AND GDPR POLICY COMPLIANCE
The app
▪ Shows notifications whenever the app runs in background
▪ The location is fetched using foreground service only. Hence a notification is displayed whenever location is read.
▪ Saves all data collected in secured, private database
▪ Data is saved in the device and is not shared with any other app.
▪ Data saved gets deleted/removed as soon as the app is uninstalled
▪ Data gets deleted after 3 months of getting saved in the app.
