TrAIner builds personalised strength programs grounded in published science, then coaches you through every set. Tell Milo about your goals, your training experience, your schedule, and any injuries. Milo writes a program around you, adapts when something hurts, and explains the why behind every choice.

WHAT TRAINER DOES

Personalised programs. Milo generates a full strength program tailored to your goal (muscle gain, fat loss, strength, recomposition, general fitness), your training days, your session length, and your equipment. Programs follow progressive overload, the same principle Milo of Croton used 2,500 years ago and the foundation of every modern strength method.

Injury-aware coaching. Got a sore shoulder, dodgy knee, lower back pain? Tap the ★ on any exercise and chat to Milo. He suggests a research-grounded swap that hits the same muscles without aggravating the injury, and explains why.

Workout logging that stays out of your way. Log sets, reps, and weight in two taps. Auto-progression suggests the right load for your next session based on what you logged last time.

Personal records, automatically tracked. Milo watches your lifts and flags PRs as they happen.

Refine on the fly. Want fewer leg days? More upper body? Heavier sessions? Tell Milo what to change and he rewrites the program around your feedback.

WHY TRAINER IS DIFFERENT

Science backed. Programming decisions reference published exercise science (RPE-based loading, hypertrophy volume guidelines, deload cycles, injury substitution patterns). When Milo recommends something, he can tell you the source.
