The montado dominates the driest parts, but the abundance of water lurks with every kilometer traveled: the Maranhão reservoir has 3 arms of water that extend through the municipality creating unique corners. We will tell you stories of enchanted Moors, forbidden fruits, eagles and even werewolves.
