Absolute Business Services (A/B/S) is a trademark of PT. A/B/S Applicant is an application to replace the applicant's curriculum vitae (CV) or resume. So applicants who want to join us do not need to make or print a CV. Just fill in the A/B/S Applicant.

Fill in the online applicant

Complete data entry helps us to carry out the candidate selection process to suit the needs in the area. Our data entry is quite complete, including:
1. Personal identity in the form of Full Name, Telephone Number, KTP or Identity Card, etc
2. Family composition. This aims for ABS to care about all workers, especially in terms of work safety and emergency contacts. If a work accident occurs, it will be used to contact family.
3. Educational background and work experience
4. Questions about yourself
5. Selfie photos of yourself which are used as material for consideration for several related positions
6. And there is an online psychological test

Make sure that before filling in the form, prepare some data that will be submitted online, namely Identity Card, NPWP (if any), Family Card. Before the submission process, make sure all columns must be filled in, nothing should be empty. For example, if you don't have a NPWP, you can enter the number 0.

Candidate Selection System

1. We use a search system (Applicant Search) such as Domicile, Length of Experience, Wage, and so on to ensure candidates match existing needs. Therefore, make sure to fill in the data appropriately.
2. Selection of candidates from the data that appears according to the filter
3. We will carry out a background check on candidates based on filling in applicant data.
4. Suitable selected candidates will arrange an interview schedule via email
5. Next there will be a training process that teaches various skills according to existing needs
