iLearn is a new-age learning platform for the employees of Blue Star that gives them access to the offerings of Blue Star Talent Management through the two academies of Blue Star -Academy for Leadership Development (ALD) & Academy for Technical & Functional Excellence (ATFE).

Learners get direct access to digital learning and provide a continuous access to courses and resources on any device. It also provides learning through social/informal networks, collaboration, sharing and learning from other associated learners.
