Welcome To Your New Front Desk. The Vagaro Check-In App supports both classes and appointment check-ins and client tracking. Your customers can quickly scan and check in, as well as browse and book new classes or appointments on their Vagaro phone app or with branded membership cards you can provide. You can sign up new clients with our simple onboarding system and sell them memberships as they sign up. Once the client has checked in for an appointment, a notification can be sent to the service provider via text, push notification or email. Customize your Vagaro Check-In App by uploading your logo and choosing your brand’s color theme. You can use the optional check-in alerts; your front desk will be alerted with a unique sound for successful member check-ins and a sound for someone who is having trouble checking in. We’ve also included a helpful tutorial video that can be easily accessed from the home screen for those customers who need extra help learning to use the system.
