Valmo Pilot is the official delivery partner app by Meesho, built for Valmo-registered riders to manage assigned pickups and deliveries with fast scanning, real-time trip visibility, and smooth proof-of-delivery workflows.
What you can do in the app
Sign in securely using your registered mobile number (OTP)
Complete onboarding & verification (KYC) as required for your rider account
Manage assigned delivery tasks: view your jobs, track status, and follow the in-app steps for pickup/delivery
Scan waybills / barcodes to verify and process shipments quickly
Support multiple delivery workflows (as per your assigned tasks), including forward and return flows
Trip and location tracking to support accurate trip progress and operational updates while you’re on duty
Work in low-network areas with offline support and automatic sync when you’re back online
Contact customers directly from the task flow when needed
Set up payouts by adding/updating bank or UPI details (if enabled for your account)
