Get involved in your heart failure treatment with LAP monitoring.

This app requires the V-LAP system to be implanted in your heart.

The V-LAP system consists of a miniature active implant pressure sensor that measures the left atrial pressure (LAP) and allows personal, pressure guided treatment of congestive heart failure.

By taking daily readings and using this application you will be able to monitor your immediate LAP value and review trends to get better visibility of your heart failure status.

Once your physician initiates the physician directed self-management, the application will guide you on how to adjust your diuretics based on your averaged LAP value from last several days.
