Welcome to Proactive You – a companion app for ProactiveStrides and VSTBalance. It is designed with the patient in mind. This app aims to empower clinicians with direct patient communication.

With this interactive app, you can receive personally customized care plans assigned by your clinician. Following an assessment on a supported system, a clinician can consult the recommended exercise library, which includes over 150 different exercises designed with specific deficits in mind. Using these tools, your clinicians can create a program that is tailored for your unique needs. 

Once assigned, you can access your exercise regimen and start tracking logging your progress. Along with your exercise program, you can also view your past assessment performance data to monitor your improvements over time. Your clinician can also access this information to support you in managing your health & outcomes.
