For work with this app you need a punching bag, but you can work aso with virtual opponent.
An application for training with a punching bag, we write numbers on the punching bag according to the accepted scheme, set the interval between the series, the number of series and work on the punching bag.

For example, 3-2-3 body-head-body or 3-3-2 body-body-head.
It is worked out on a dummy, a punching bag or a bag until the boxer is able to punch quick combinations that lead to damage to the opponent:
1 — left hook to the jaw;
2 — right hook to the jaw;
3 — left uppercut;
4 — right uppercut;
5 — left hook to the torso;
6 — right hook to the torso;
7 — jab to the head;
8 — jab in the torso.
