VOLUNTEER ONBOARDING
 Easily submit your details and required documents through the app. Once submitted, the event team reviews and verifies your information so you can be officially onboarded for the event.
CLEAR EVENT INSTRUCTIONS
 Access event details and standard operating procedures (SOPs) directly from the app. This ensures every volunteer receives consistent and reliable information before the event.
STRUCTURED EVENT COORDINATION
 Volunteers are organized into groups led by a Team Leader and an Operations Manager. The app helps ensure that everyone understands their reporting structure and responsibilities during the event.
ATTENDANCE MANAGEMENT
 Your Team Leader records clock-in and clock-out times through the app. This helps maintain transparency and reduces confusion during event operations.
REAL-TIME EVENT FEEDBACK
 Share feedback during the event with the Admin, Operations Manager, or Team Leader. Your input helps improve volunteer experiences and event management for future events.
