SynStrategy is a new app for anyone studying or working in organic synthesis. The key feature is the categorization of both named and unnamed reactions according to the functional groups they form, helping students and practitioners navigate the vast landscape of organic transformations.
The app features 27 main functional group categories, and each category is further subdivided (for example, Alcohols include primary-, secondary-, tertiary-, allylic-, homoallylic alcohols, etc.). This structured organization is designed to give chemists a clearer view of available transformations during synthetic or retrosynthetic analysis.
