Pinpoint Mobile Alert

The App works as an addition to any Pinpoint Staff Personal Alarm System

The Pinpoint Mobile Alert App works as an addition to any Pinpoint Staff Personal Alarm System or INSTANTalarm Staff Duress Alarm System (US only) to receive all your System alarms and alerts on your mobile android device.

Pinpoint Mobile Alert allows roaming members of response staff to receive notifications no matter how far they are from the alarmed System.

For larger sites,Pinpoint Mobile Alert allows on-the-go customisation by switching notifications on and off for different rooms/zones and call types.

In the event of an alarm call, even if your android device is in sleep mode, it will wake and display a full-screen, colour-coded page informing you of the time, level and location of the call along with a vibrating and audible alert.

Active calls – All active calls for each user are stored on the “Active” screen until they are reset. From here each user can acknowledge seeing each call, which is logged.

History – Once an alarm has been reset, it is archived into the History screen in chronological order for later review.


Targeted Notifications – Only receive the notifications that are relevant to you, with “zones” easily switched between multiple or single areas at the tap of the screen.

Cloud Profiles – Each user has a user name and PIN to log into Mobile Alert. If logging onto a new device, Mobile Alert will download all your user preferences for you.

Using voice annunciation you can receive a full audible description of the alert call without having to look at the device.
