App Description

Amortization of Financing - Simulate reducing term or installment (SAC table)

Amortization of financing is a toolbox for analyzing real estate loans. This calculator allows you to estimate when a property finance debt of any bank will be paid off. Trials can be done to reduce debt once or periodically (recurring). It is possible to write off the debt by reducing the term or the amount of the installments.
Amortization of Financing is not only used for real estate contracts: it also allows estimating the value of the installments of any loan that uses the SAC (Constant Amortization System) table.

Calculadora The calculator saves the latest calculations made to facilitate new experiments
⭐ The new installments (after simulating the debt reduction) are shown including the new term estimate
⭐ It is possible to specify the interest rate on a monthly or annual basis
⭐ You can simulate an extra single payment or repeating it periodically (every month, quarter, semester or year)
Calculadora The calculator works for loans at any bank (Caixa, Santander, Bradesco, Itaú, Banco do Brasil, etc.), as long as it uses the SAC table
