Catective is a cozy block puzzle with a cat detective on the case.

Drag blocks onto the 8x8 board and clear full rows and columns. No timer, no lives, no move limit — a run lasts exactly as long as you can keep finding room for the next piece. Every clear feeds your score, and every score chases one thing: your best for today.

Clues turn a puzzle into a case

The board leaves things behind: paw prints, knocked-over cans, tangled yarn. Collect enough of the right kind and a case is ready to open. Who broke the vase? Who chewed the slippers? Where did the sunbeam go? Twelve cases, each with a small and very cat-like answer.

Find your league

Your first three runs settle your league — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Diamond. The table resets every day, so one bad run is never permanent and one good run always counts. Finish near the top and you move up. Finish near the bottom and you drop.

Earn your rank

Solved cases raise your detective rank. There are five of them, and the last one takes all twelve cases.

Tools, not crutches

The hammer takes out a single block. The bomb clears the area around it. Reroll swaps your whole hand for a fresh one. Pay for them with coins you earned by playing, or take a free one when it is offered.
