EVM assessors can use this app to:
- download questionnaires they have been assigned
- collect questionnaire data at health facilities
- view questionnaire scores
- upload completed questionnaires
To create an EVM assessment, you will need an EVM account. Once you have one, you can log in to the EVM website, complete the EVM setup and create assessments for your facilities.
