Make reservations, manage appointments and quickly check-in with QR.

The application simplifies the booking and appointment management process, offering speed, accuracy and ease of use.

Upon launch, the user sees a clean and easy-to-use home screen with two main options: create a new booking or view existing appointments. Creating a booking is done step by step, allowing the selection of all required services.

Depending on the service, the user:

Declares the number of shipments for Imports and Counters

Scans QR codes for Warehouse shipments

Enters the number of packages and weight for Acceptance

Once all the information is filled in, the application automatically calculates the estimated total service time and displays available dates and time slots.

Upon confirmation of the booking, the user receives an instant confirmation, a unique booking number and a QR code. The QR code is used for quick check-in upon arrival, reducing waiting time and improving the overall experience. At the same time, a reminder is displayed to arrive on time.

The My Bookings section provides a complete overview of all appointments, with clear status indicators such as Confirmed, Upcoming and Completed. By selecting a booking, the user can view all the details, the QR code for check-in, as well as modify or cancel the appointment if necessary.

The app is designed to streamline the booking process and provide a smooth and efficient experience from start to finish.
