1 - Planning and Body Mapping

Add students' body measurements and plan goals for each body measurement, including skinfolds, girths, diameters, or your own custom measurements. Evaluate progress by adding new measures to assessments and compare them to visualize evolution through representative graphs.

2 - Creation and Application of Body Composition Equations

Create your body composition equations, being able to add any measurement as a variable or parameter. Apply these equations to student assessments, adding restrictions on age, ethnicity, and other characteristics for accurate, personalized application.

3 - Anamnesis

Create personalized anamnesis tests and apply them to your assessments. Record your students' responses directly in the system for detailed tracking.

4 - Neuromotor and Cardiorespiratory Tests

Create equations for the cardiorespiratory module and apply them to student assessments. The system comes pre-programmed with neuromotor tests, allowing you to use them and enter the results directly into the application.

5 - Training Prescription

Create and prescribe personalized training based on assessment results and each student's specific goals.
