WorkRota is a personal app for shift workers who want a clear schedule and a quick gross pay estimate. It is not a company workforce management tool. It is designed for individual use.

Set up your own shift types with custom colors, hours, start times, and end times. Then build a repeating cycle such as Morning, Morning, Afternoon, Afternoon, Night, Night, Off, Off. WorkRota shows everything in a clean monthly calendar and lets you manually override any day without changing the base cycle.

You can enter your hourly rate, night bonus, weekend bonus, holiday bonus, and overtime bonus to see an estimated gross monthly total with a simple breakdown. The app can also remind you before your next shift using local notifications.
