OTG-MMS app is for worldline field engineers to close the tickets.

Why we need to use OTG-MMS?
• Field engineers can close all type of asset and support calls.
• To use this app, field engineer must sign up first.
• Coordinators can approve the field engineer login request instantly.
• RM login is also included in this app.
• Performance of the app is much faster.

Reason for using CALL permission:
Since it is difficult for FE's to find and call merchant, we have implemented this feature. When clicking on call button, merchant mobile number will be displayed in device default CALL application.
