Smart School Staff is a dedicated mobile app for teachers and staff to manage their daily academic and administrative work from one convenient place. It connects seamlessly with the main Smart School ERP so educators can stay organised, save time, and focus more on teaching.

With a personalised Staff Profile view, teachers can instantly access their basic information, assigned classes, and subjects. Self attendance becomes effortless with a simple clock‑in interface and clear daily status, helping schools maintain accurate staff attendance records.

The app makes Student Attendance faster and more accurate. Staff can view, add, and edit attendance for each class or section, mark students as present, absent, or on leave, and review attendance history whenever needed. Leave management is streamlined through a built‑in Leave Apply module, allowing staff to request leave, track approval status, and maintain a clear record of past applications.

Smart School Staff also supports academic planning and tracking. Teachers can view and update Syllabus Status to reflect real‑time progress, ensuring topics are completed as per schedule. The Lesson Plan feature lets staff create, view, add, and edit detailed lesson plans for each class and subject, helping maintain consistency and preparedness across the term.

Assessment workflows are simplified with Examination Marks Entry. Staff can select the exam, class, and subject, then view, enter, and edit marks for each student in a clean, table‑style interface. This reduces manual errors and speeds up result preparation. The Class Timetable module gives staff a clear view of their daily and weekly schedules, periods, and rooms, making time management easier.

On the financial side, staff can securely access their Salary Slip information, view monthly details, and download slips for their records when made available by the school. Communication stays centralised through the Notice Board, where staff can view important announcements and, where permitted, create and publish notices for students or specific classes.

Homework management is also supported from the staff side. Teachers can view homework they have assigned, track what is pending or completed, and keep academic tasks aligned with lesson plans and syllabus coverage. Together, these features make Smart School Staff a complete companion app for educators.

Built with a modern, intuitive interface and a configurable theme, the app offers a premium yet minimal user experience. Schools can customise branding, base URL, and basic settings to match their existing Smart School deployment, ensuring a consistent experience for students, parents, and staff across all platforms.
