Unrot AI uses your phone's camera to measure how still and focused you can remain. It's a simple but powerful test: sit still, stay present, and watch your focus score rise.

How it works

Position your face in the camera frame and begin a focus session. The app tracks your head and eye movements in real-time, giving you instant visual feedback:

• Green — You're stable and focused
• Yellow — Minor movement detected
• Red — Too much movement

At the end of each session, you receive a Focus Score from 0-100, along with detailed metrics on your head stability, eye stability, and how you rank against others.

Choose your challenge
Start with 30-second sessions and work your way up to 30 minutes. Six duration options let you practice at your own pace.
