• Pay Rent: Make secure payments over the RENTCafe portal from any place, at any time -- no desktop needed. Residents can set up multiple payment methods with the option to submit a one-time payment or set up auto-pay.
• Submit Maintenance Requests: Expedite work orders at the tips of your fingers and track the entire process. The seamless work order portal allows for timely fixes for non-emergencies, and will notify residents once the maintenance technician has completed the job,or if the issue requires immediate follow-up.
• Sign Lease Renewals: Efficiently handle lease renewals in the app. The entire lease renewal process can be done completely within the app.
