The eQompas allows you to track and study behavior, feelings and physical complaints in daily life. When does someone feel good? When does this change? Under what circumstances do certain symptoms (especially) occur? Information related to these questions is valuable for both practitioner and patient and can provide tools to reduce symptoms and promote the recovery process. Using the eQompas, this information can be easily obtained. Unlike what is often used, in addition to standard questionnaires, the app also asks about the here and now. Doing that several times a day for several days creates a realistic and reliable picture of how a person is doing and what, if anything, that depends on.
