Combination-lock puzzle for Wear OS. Spin the crown. Feel the gate buzz.

Safecracker is a combination-lock puzzle built for the watch on your wrist. The crown is your dial. The vibration motor is your tell. No phone needed, no internet, no ads. Just you, the dial, and five safes between you and the vault.

THE HEIST

Five safes in a row. Crack them all to win. Bust one and the alarm trips. Each safe is meaner than the last:

• WALL SAFE — 10 numbers on the dial. 3-digit combo. Warm-up. 35s.
• BANK SAFE — 20 numbers, narrower clicks. 3-digit combo. 50s.
• TIME SAFE — 30 numbers. 4-digit combo. 70s.
• VAULT — 40 numbers. 4-digit combo. 80s.
• MUSEUM — 40 numbers, 4-digit combo, the dial goes silent. No per-number tick haptic at all. You navigate by the gate buzz alone. 90s.

HOW IT WORKS

Spin the crown to turn a virtual dial. Every number you cross fires a tiny tick haptic — like a real combination spindle. When the dial crosses the secret number for the current digit, while moving in the right direction, the watch fires a soft "gate" buzz.

That gate buzz is the only signal you get. Real combination locks have a slight feel-change at the gate; this game uses the watch's haptic motor to recreate that exact moment on your wrist. Stop on the number, tap to commit. If you're right, the digit locks and the expected direction flips (1st digit CW, 2nd CCW, 3rd CW, etc.) — exactly like a real safe spindle. If you're wrong, you lose 2 seconds.

THE TWIST

Gate buzz only fires when you spin in the correct direction. Spin the wrong way and the dial feels exactly like spinning past wrong numbers. That's the skill — keeping direction discipline as you work each digit.

The final safe, MUSEUM, takes one more thing away: the per-number tick haptic is muted. You can't feel "how many numbers I've passed." Only the gate buzz remains.

CONTROLS

• Rotate the crown to spin the dial (direction matters!)
• Tap anywhere on the screen to commit the current digit
• Tap on briefing / cracked / busted screens to advance

TIPS

• Slow spins beat fast spins. You can't feel the gate at speed.
• If you hit a number that feels right, stop. Try a small spin in the SAME direction past it — the gate buzz should fire again as you re-cross. That's how you confirm before committing.
• The first digit is CW, second is CCW, third is CW, fourth is CCW. Train the muscle memory; it never changes.
• On MUSEUM (no ticks), spin slower than you think. The gate buzz is the only signal you'll get.
