Would you like to access the online status of applications while you're on the move or quickly check the latest status messages? No problem with the Atruvia Direkt app.

All Atruvia customers can use the Atruvia Direkt app. All interested parties must have the appropriate authorization set up through their administrators.

What's new in this version:
The design has been fundamentally revised. This also includes the navigation options. Push messages for individual pages can be controlled by the user.
 
Previously, only OSA messages that were recorded for all users were displayed. In the new version, the OSA messages for the roles “Board of Directors” and “Information Security” are also displayed to authorized users in their own views.
 
Also new is the display of proactive line faults, which are reported directly by the providers.
Users who have been assigned the relevant process role for agree21OpSec receive their own display for tickets with potentially relevant security events in the app.
