Calculation of points, list of points and recipes.
The ideal app for losing weight with low carb food.
The app consists of four pages that can be selected by swiping (left <-> right) and an integrated help function (operating instructions) that explains how it works.
The help can be accessed from the menu via the “Help” item.
The main page contains a calculator that calculates the nutritional information of foods
- Fat (in grams)
- Calories (kcal)
- reference size (gr)
the point values for a given portion (large) are calculated.
The second page contains a list of over 1000 foods (including Switzerland) and the corresponding point values.
You can search for food names in the list by entering search terms.
In addition, the foods can be narrowed down per category.
On the third page, recipes can be selected from a list of over 300 recipes or your own recipes can be added. Your own recipes can also be published and thus made available to users of the app.
On the fourth page there is the daily planner with profile data and the daily plan.
