PBeaKKDirekt: Submit digitally via photo, PDF, barcode and receive digitally

We offer you PBeaKKDirekt as a free service. With our app you can send us your documents digitally and we also offer you a digital mailbox to receive your documents. This means you save on postage costs when submitting and you save time because there is no need to post in both directions.

We accept your documents 24 hours a day, seven days a week and you will receive confirmation of receipt and forwarding directly in the app. You can send your documents to us via photo, PDF upload or by scanning barcodes via PBeaKKDirekt. We always send your documents digitally from Monday to Friday as soon as they are completed.

Our special app offer is “application-free” reimbursement. It applies to reimbursements that are requested for the insurance or benefit number registered in the app. Confirm your data again in the app. In this case, all that is required for your submission is your invoices, receipts and regulations.

If there are any special features in your benefit or aid application, we require a signed and completely completed benefit application. Simply click “Application with special features” in the app.

You will also receive a forwarding and receipt confirmation in the app. We will then check whether the documents you have submitted are complete and legible. We report to you directly in the app what its current status is for each submission - in the status overview: forwarding & storage, receipt & checking, start of processing or errors.

The notifications and other documents from PBeaKK to you as a customer are delivered digitally in the app when you activate your mailbox and activate shipping.
