Connection between smart glasses and services running on a local network.
Plastics View Eye let you connect tooz smart glasses with a variety of PLEXPERT services running in your lokal network.
The services will be connected by yourself using the settings menu of the app. You can add:
InMold Solver:
- with this you can identify a defect in injection molding and see possible solutions directly in front of the mold on your smart glasses.
Xmold:
- if you are near a machine you will receive the machine signal so that important process informations will be shown directly on your smart glasses. If the machine is not equipted with a transmitter you can scan a 1D barcode to identify the machine.
Xbase:
- Messages from the shop floor will be send directly to your smart glasses. With this you will get an alert if a machine stop it's production or if there is the need to refill material.
