App Description
1200 years of history and a tour of today's Aachen City Hall
The town hall is the most important secular building in the city of Aachen. Generations since Charlemagne have shaped it and left their mark. With this app, the cultural enterprise of the city of Aachen offers the opportunity to enter the more than 1200 year old history of the Aachen city hall with modern technology and to get to know the city hall in its current state.
Particularly noteworthy:
- Possibility of a tour through all rooms with the help of 360 ° recordings. Rooms that are otherwise inaccessible to the public can also be visited (the mayor's room or the impressive roof structure).
- The carillon, which otherwise only sounds at certain intervals, can be heard.
