The member login for your club / association

With the MemberPORTAL you get access to your personal area of ​​the member management software that your organization uses for member management and contribution accounting.

The use of the APP is free of charge. You will receive the access data from your office if the member portal module is used.

You can maintain your address and bank details in your personal member account. You can also view your contribution invoices, any donation receipts and other documents there. Only you have access to your account.

The extent of use depends on whether and how your organization uses the Member Portal.

Available default features would be:

- Portrait picture
- address data
- Accounts

- Digital passport with QR code
- Invoice archive
- Own documents (application for admission)
- organizational documents (protocol general meeting)

Internal communication: A ticket system was created for secure communication with those responsible or contact persons in the organization. This enables ticket-related and data protection-compliant communication.

For the organizations with the Pro license there is also access to the events. As well as numerous other modules, such as shop, online surveys. Again, the scope depends on what your organization currently has enabled.

In addition to these standard functions, there is the option of using the app as a platform to implement club-specific applications.

The functions of the app are constantly being expanded. Due to our numerous customers and their requests to our development team, there will soon be further functions.
