The app optimizes digital food distribution via QR code identification.

Transgourmet Deutschland GmbH & Co. OHG (hereinafter referred to as “Transgourmet”) acts as a business partner for resellers, large commercial consumers and companies within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). In its function, the companion app serves as an organizational aid to optimize and manage the ordering and process flows between the large commercial consumer (hereinafter referred to as “restaurateur”) and their end customers (hereinafter referred to as “table guest”).
The Smart Cuisine and TellerHeld concepts represent target group-specific catering solutions that use a web application to support restaurateurs in organizing, calculating and creating recipes. These concepts are subject to Transgourmet's General Terms and Conditions of Business and Purchasing (GTC/AEB) and regulate the contractual relationship between Transgourmet and its business partners. The General Terms and Conditions/AEB are agreed and documented separately as part of the partnership.
The food distribution app is an integral part of the Smart Cusine / TellerHeld concept and acts as a digital tool for the efficient processing of food distribution. It is used by the restaurateur and can only be used in conjunction with the table guest app, which the table guest uses to order in advance. For each table guest, an individual QR code is generated in the Table Guest app, which is scanned when the food is served to ensure clear identification and smooth allocation of the order. Payment for the food served is independent of the application and is regulated directly between the restaurateur and the table guest.
