My DIM - for existing and future residents of all complexes from the developer DIM

"My DIM" is the only official mobile application for all property owners in DIM developer complexes. The main function of the service is to simplify the lives of residents and optimize the process of obtaining the necessary services.

In one application you will be able to manage information from absolutely all types of real estate that you own (available for both residents and non-residents of Ukraine). All information will be in the personal account will be available only to you and the trustee, if there is a need on your part.
In "My HOUSE" residents of the complexes will be able to:
- pay utility bills,
- pay for telephony and internet services,
- order services from the management company DIM Expert,
- learn important company news, announcements, offers.

"My DIM" is the first application in Ukraine from the developer, in which users will be able to order food and medicine. The option is possible due to the collaboration of DIM with platforms:

- create individual applications for services of the service company and track its status online,
- Participate in polls and polls related to the arrangement of residential complexes,
- convenient access to basic contact information (telephone and email office of the management company, house administrator, security post)
