Telma - telemedicine for citizens
The Telma app connects chronically ill citizens in Denmark with healthcare professionals and creates security.
In the Telma app, citizens who are offered a telemedicine course by the healthcare system can get an overview of which activities they need to complete on a given day. If you have not been offered a course in Telma through your doctor, there is no content in the Telma app.
A healthcare professional responsible for monitoring creates a plan for the citizen, which, among other things, asks for measurement results and answers to health-related questions. The plan is displayed to the citizen in the Telma app as daily activities that make monitoring possible.
In the Telma app, you can:
Submit measurement results - both manually and via Bluetooth measuring devices
Have video conversations between the citizen and healthcare professional
Write messages
Answer questions about health status
View history of measurements
