With Topdanmark Sundhedshjælp - provided by Hejdoktor A/S - you can take the doctor with you everywhere.
Sandhedshjæl gives you access to online medical help - as a quick and easy supplement to your own doctor.
* Get online medical help - every day from 6 to 9 p.m
* You can often get help from the doctor within 20 minutes
* You, your partner and your children living at home all have access
You have access to Health Aid if you have collected your insurance policies with Topdanmark - part of If Skadeforsikring, branch of If Skadeförsäkring AB (publ), Sweden, Borupvang 4, 2750 Ballerup, CVR no. 2420 3212 (hereafter called Topdanmark). By that we mean that you must have your contents insurance and either house, holiday home, car, motorcycle, accident or children's insurance with us. You also have access if you are an agricultural customer and have agricultural insurance or private property and liability insurance with us.
Everyone in your household has unlimited access. Your household includes all adults registered at your national register address. This also applies to children under the age of 18, who are registered at your civil registry address and where you or your partner have parental authority.
THE LITTLE:
* Health care is a benefit that Topdanmark offers selected customers
* If you no longer meet the requirement to be able to use Health Care, you lose access to Health Care from the date you no longer meet the requirement. This also applies to the other people in your household.
* Health assistance applies as long as Topdanmark wants to offer the benefit. Topdanmark is entitled to stop offering the benefit at any time - even if you are taking a course through Hejdoktor A/S.
* All services that you get access to through the app are provided by Hejdoktor A/S' doctors and healthcare staff in Denmark
* Topdanmark is not responsible for the advice and treatment you receive from Hejdoktor A/S' doctors and healthcare staff
* Hejdoktor A/S is the independent data controller for processing your personal data when you create a profile, and Topdanmark does not get access to your health information
* Health care is not a substitute for your own doctor
