The Empower app facilitates citizen-led assessment of community challenges. It assists the citizens through a multi-lingual interface to record and view geo-tagged socio-economic data that is gathered through question-answers and images. This data can be summarized and analyzed through an interactive geospatial interface. This platform could greatly assist researchers, local administrators, and policymakers in addressing the varied social, cultural, economic, health, and educational challenges at the micro level for macro benefits.
