App Description
Manage scooter fleet in real time with live maps and remote IoT controls.
DOZ Service is a comprehensive field operations management platform designed for scooter fleet service operators and technicians. Built as part of the DOZ micro-mobility ecosystem, it provides field teams with full visibility and control over their vehicle fleet.
Operators can view all scooters on an interactive map with color-coded markers based on battery level, or switch to a list view with filters for battery range, model, and status. A built-in QR code scanner allows instant identification of any scooter in the field, with manual ID entry as a fallback.
Each vehicle has a detailed profile showing battery percentage, GPS location, model information, operational status, and last ride data including duration, distance, and revenue. Operators can execute remote IoT commands directly from the app, including locking and unlocking vehicles, toggling headlamps, sounding horns, enabling motion alerts, retrieving real-time location data, and rebooting devices when necessary.
The task management system lets operators create, assign, and track maintenance work orders categorized by type (charge, maintenance, relocate, repair, inspect) and priority level. A damage reporting system supports photo evidence with up to four images per report, severity classification, and status tracking. Vehicle notes provide a timestamped, chat-style communication channel for team coordination on specific scooters.
The app supports 14 distinct vehicle statuses ranging from available and in-use to maintenance, stolen, and deprecated, giving operators precise control over fleet readiness. Role-based access control with an admin approval workflow ensures only authorized personnel can access the system.
