HOP - Loyal to Pets is the official HOP application that allows you to easily collect points and get discounts when shopping, in HOP stores and via the web shop.

HOP is a specialized chain of pet stores with more than 25 branches throughout Croatia, where you can expect a wide range of quality food, equipment and accessories for dogs, cats and other pets, with professional and friendly service.

By using the HOP application, customers have the opportunity to collect points regardless of whether they shop in a physical store or online, and easily achieve savings and additional benefits.

How does the HOP loyalty program work?
The collection of points is based on the total amount of each invoice. For every €15 spent, 1 point is earned. Invoices in the amount of less than €15 are not entitled to a point, while an invoice in the amount of €29.99 earns 1 point.

Accumulated points can be used to obtain discounts:
• 10 points bring a 10% discount on the entire purchase
• 15 points bring a 20% discount on the entire purchase

After using the discount, the points are canceled, and a new collection of points begins with the next purchase. The deadline for using the accumulated points is 12 months from the start of collecting points.

Additional benefits for application users
In addition to discounts, HOP application users can also obtain additional benefits, depending on the spending level in a certain period.

Through the application, users can at any time have insight into the balance of their points, available benefits and the duration of the points, which makes using the loyalty program simple, clear and transparent.

How to get started?
The application is free and available for download via the App Store and Google Play. After downloading, it is necessary to fill out the application form, accept the terms of use and activate the virtual HOP loyalty card, after which the application can be used immediately.
