Nexi Update

Nexi Update manages the communication with the customers of Nexi S.p.A.

Nexi
Update manages directly and constantly the communication with the
customers of Nexi S.p.A., informing them in real time about the status
of the services provided to them.

Each
user can configure the app by personalizing it with the most
interesting information, divided into two categories:

notifications (news on planned activities, ...)

alert (related to production incidents, ...)

Main
functions:

• configurable
communications on individual services (on / off, notifications,
alerts)

• integration
with the personal calendar

• indicator
of unread messages

To
use NEXI Update, you need:

register on the portal dedicated to the customer reachable through
the link in the APP

-
request authorization from the Supervisor of the company to which it
belongs
