Vratsa is the biggest city in northwest Bulgaria, administrative and economic center. Located at 110 km. from Sofia - the capital of Bulgaria.
With its location in the foot of the mountain - it is starting point to numerous caves, waterfalls and rock formations.
The most famous among them are the "Ledenika" cave, "Skaklya" waterfall and the "Vratsata" pass .....

Every year the town hosts the days of "Hristo Botev", a national hero. Thay culminate in fireworks rally on 1 of June, at the main sqauare, as well as nationwide pilgrimage at the next day at Okolchitsa peak.
