My Health Space is a digital public service. It allows you to store your health documents and data online, such as your illness history, prescriptions and treatments, allergies, and vaccinations. This allows you to create your medical profile and easily find your documents.
The application allows you to securely share this information with the healthcare professionals who support you. You choose who has access to your data.
With the health messaging service, you can receive information and documents from your healthcare professionals in complete confidentiality.
You can activate My Health Space for your children, and thus better manage their daily health. Their profiles are linked to yours.
My Health Space data is hosted in France, in a secure environment protected by the French Health Insurance Fund. My Health Space is an official application of the Ministry of Health and the National Health Insurance Fund.

* Information about your lifestyle habits (diet, alcohol, physical activity, sleep, smoking, screen time)
* Metrics reported from health tracking apps (diabetes measurements)
* Your pregnancies and all related medical examinations and documents, organized and presented according to the pregnancy calendar

With messaging, document management, and your medical summary, share this information securely with the healthcare professionals who support you to enable them to make well-informed clinical decisions. You choose who has access to your data.

My Health Space is a prevention and public health tool that allows you to:

* carry out personalized prevention actions based on the information you have provided,
* highlight prevention articles (mental health, nutrition, physical activity, child and adolescent health, domestic accidents, addictions, exams and medications, seasonal risks, sexual and reproductive health) based on reference texts
* be informed of recommended medical examinations at all stages of life (dental exams, screenings, health checkups, vaccinations)
* share your prescriptions with pharmacists to facilitate treatment dispensing
* identify approved health-related websites and tools in the service catalog to provide you with access to verified information

My Health Space also allows you to manage your advance directives, designate your emergency contacts and your trusted person, and learn about the regulatory provisions on organ donation.

With the health diary, record your medical appointments, treatment milestones, and receive reminders.

My Health History will provide you with your significant health events, consultations, and medication dispensing. This data is visible to healthcare professionals authorized to access your documents to help them better diagnose their needs.
