The Caf - Mon Compte application is free and gives you simple, practical and secure access to information relating to your beneficiary file.
The app asks you for permission to access your photos/media/files to allow you to attach supporting documents when needed and your Wi-Fi network status to check your connection in case of an error of the app. La Caf remains very concerned about the security and respect of your personal data. To log in, you must use your social security number and your personal (alphanumeric) password. After your first connection, you can also connect via biometrics (fingerprint and/or face recognition) or the FranceConnect device.
