With the Crédit Agricole "My Insurance" app, you can report a claim at any time or be put in direct contact with a claims handler.

You can also easily access your insurance certificates directly within the app.

Finally, if you have health insurance, you can view your reimbursements, download your third-party payment card, estimate your reimbursements, complete procedures, submit documents, benefit from a teleconsultation, and locate a healthcare professional.

MAIN FEATURES
You can:

- Report a claim: Provide details of your claim and attach up to 3 photos to complete your report. Once the report is submitted, PACIFICA services will contact you.

- Manage your ongoing claim: To simplify/speed up the processing of your case, you can send the supporting documents requested by your claims handler in real time. - Dealing with a "Breaked Glass" claim: If you have purchased the glass breakage option, easily find a nearby auto glass specialist using a geolocation directory.

- Editing your certificates: You can view, download, or email the most important insurance certificates.

- Accessing emergency services or contacting a claims handler directly. The app also includes a service allowing deaf or hard-of-hearing customers to contact an assistant.

- Viewing the details of your auto, personal accident, and health insurance policies.

For health insurance policyholders:

- View, download, or email your third-party payment card
- Track your health reimbursements with a history of the last 24 months
- Estimate your reimbursements for routine care in vision, dental, hospital, and hearing aids
- Connect with a healthcare professional via teleconsultation
- Locate a healthcare professional in the Carte Blanche Partenaires network or a doctor
- Submit an invoice, a quote, or request hospital coverage

These features are available to Pacifica customers with a bank account at Crédit Agricole or Banque Chalus. We are actively seeking solutions to allow all our customers to access them, including those who no longer have an account.
